- Anticipate frequent communication from our on-call tech and/or management team. They will keep you apprised using our XOi Technology as they work together to quickly assess and remedy your HVAC issue.
- Expect a follow-up once the emergency is resolved. You will receive a copy of the complete dispatch report or, if necessary, an HSA manager will contact you to review the service call, the technician’s findings, and any needed follow-up work.
