We dispatch from our centrally-located headquarters in western Lehigh County, just off of Route 309.
Our service area includes commercial, industrial and institutional customers throughout the Lehigh Valley and Eastern Pennsylvania.
Business Hours
Our regular service business hours are Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Calls outside of these hours are considered emergency calls.

Our answering service will take some basic information and then contact the service technician on call. And yes! We will perform a service call even if you are not currently an HSA Customer.
